What are our hours?

Our current hours are Friday-Sunday 11am-6 pm. We are also open for various events at the Heritage Museum of Orange County. 

I haven't received my order yet.
Can you help me track it?

Your tracking number is written into a shipping confirmation email that is sent when each order is shipped. On occasion, packages get lost in the mail. If you placed an order, and you think it should have arrived by now, please email us at dollyrosewellness@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be more than happy to help.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

 For all products, we have a 30-day exchange policy for all unopened or unused items. If there is something wrong with you order, we are more than happy to fix whatever mistake we could have made. You can email us at dollyrosewellness@gmail.com with your order number and full name for more information.

 I would love to partner with DRW and plan an event. How can I go about that?

We would LOVE to partner  and host an event with you. The best way to go about that is emailing us at dollyrosewellness@gmail.com

Do you offer special prices for bridesmaids?

We love crafting special bridesmaids gifts and offer a special bridesmaid discount. You can email dollyrosewellness@gmail.com for more details.
